## Who He Is

Daniel Marcos is the co-founder of Growth Institute, an online business education platform serving 40,000+ executives across 64 countries. He was selected to MIT's "Birthing of Giants" entrepreneurship program. He has shared stages with Peter Diamandis, Richard Branson, Guy Kawasaki, and other global business leaders.

He coaches CEOs of companies ranging from $1M to $500M in revenue, helping them scale without burning out. His work is grounded in Verne Harnish's Scaling Up framework, exponential organization principles, and his own ImpactX methodology.

## ImpactX Methodology

ImpactX is Daniel Marcos' proprietary business transformation framework. It guides CEOs through four stages of organizational evolution — from founder-dependent to fully scalable. The framework is documented in his book "ImpactX" and taught through the ImpactX coaching program.

The four stages of ImpactX are: (1) Start-Up — finding product-market fit; (2) Grow-Up — stabilizing revenue and sales; (3) Scale-Up — scaling the organization and defining the industry; and (4) Corporate — dominating and continuously reinventing.
